What happens during a discovery visit (and why it’s not scary)

If you’ve been reading this website and thinking, “This sounds helpful, but I’m not sure what the first step looks like,” this message is for you.

Many people hesitate to reach out because they don’t know what to expect — and that’s completely understandable. That’s exactly why we offer discovery visits.

A discovery visit is not a treatment session, and it’s not a commitment. It’s simply a conversation.

During a discovery visit, we take time to:

  • Talk about what you’ve been feeling or noticing in your body

  • Review your history and any concerns you may have

  • Look at how you move, breathe, and hold tension

  • Answer your questions honestly and openly

There’s no pressure to decide anything on the spot. You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need to know which service you want. This visit is about understanding what’s going on and deciding — together — whether and how we can help.

Many clients tell me this is the first time they’ve felt truly heard when talking about their body.

If it feels like the right time to ask questions or explore support, I’d love to invite you to schedule a free discovery visit. Even if you’re not ready to start care, clarity itself can be incredibly helpful.
