Olga Kaltsou

FOUNDER | DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY | PELVIC HEALTH SPECIALIST

I founded Holistic Physical Therapy and Pilates to help people truly heal—physically, emotionally, and functionally. My goal is to help each client move better, feel stronger, and live without pain by addressing the root cause of dysfunction rather than just the symptoms. To me, real health means not only feeling good but feeling confident, balanced, and capable in your own body.

Our clinic is a space where every person feels safe, supported, and understood—no matter their shape, background, or starting point. I approach each treatment holistically, focusing on the powerful connection between body and mind. Each session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, build strength, and restore alignment so you can return to the activities and lifestyle you love.

My work integrates advanced physical therapy techniques with a holistic approach to rehabilitation, emphasizing pelvic health, postpartum recovery, post-plastic surgery healing, and lymphatic balance. I’m passionate about creating personalized, evidence-based programs that support both physical recovery and long-term wellness.

I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UMass Lowell and hold a BS in Psychology and Childhood Education from Mogilev State University in Belarus. Over more than a decade as an entrepreneur and clinician, I’ve continued to expand my expertise to serve each patient with exceptional, individualized care.

When I’m not in the clinic, I spend my time with my two wonderful children, our sweet dog Cookie, and close friends—recharging through movement, nature, and connection.

Kate Heneraliuk

CLINIC COORDINATOR

Helping others has always been at the heart of who I am. My journey began in child care and education, where I developed a deep sense of compassion and responsibility. That same drive now guides me in my role as Clinic Coordinator at Holistic Physical Therapy and Pilates.

Each day, I focus on keeping the clinic running smoothly—from coordinating schedules to assisting patients and supporting our team behind the scenes. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that my work helps create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels cared for and supported.

As I continue pursuing my nursing degree, I’m excited to blend my administrative experience with my growing knowledge of healthcare. Working here has shown me how powerful it is when patients and staff alike feel valued and heard—a philosophy I carry into everything I do.

When I’m not working or studying, I love spending time with my family and friends and finding new ways to learn, grow, and give back through my nursing journey.
