Custom Orthopedic Insoles
When your feet hurt, it’s hard to think of anything else. Custom insoles help support your foot and weight to protect your joints, alleviate pain and help restore balance and alignment.
8 Signs You Need Custom Orthopedic Insoles:
Foot pain, swelling, sore feet, or heel pain
Flat feet or high arches
Problems with balance
Shoes wearing unevenly
Previous lower limb injury, knee pain, or hip flexor strain
Shoulder, neck, or low back pain
Shin splints, or Achilles tendon pain
Plantar Fasciitis, or sciatic pain
Custom Orthopedic Insoles are excellent for pregnant women.
Pregnancy causes so many shifts in the body due to hormonal changes and water retention. The body reacts with low back pain, sore joints, swollen feet and ankles, stress on the arches of your feet, body stiffness, and aches in hips, elbows, knees, and fingers.
Custom Insoles provide relief from these symptoms by absorbing shock, increasing stability, and making your feet more comfortable in your shoes. They help reduce pain so you can increase your daily movement, which will reduce swelling in the legs, ankles and feet.
What to Expect
When you come for your visit, we will get to know you, discuss your discomfort, ask about your daily routine, do a screening of your gait and posture, and take some images and video of you walking to better understand what is going on. Then we discuss the treatment options.
After 5 to 10 business days, you’ll come for a follow up visit to receive the custom insoles made especially for you and your feet.
