Simon brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to his massage practice. He provides oncology-informed massage at Holistic PT & Pilates and by arrangement in clients’ homes. His approach adapts pressure, positioning, and pacing to the person—not the other way around.

During the session
Let Simon know what feels comfortable and what does not. Pressure, positioning, and pacing are adapted, with room for breaks and changes.
Afterward
Talk through how the session felt and whether you would like another visit. You do not need to choose a package before trying a session.
Questions before you book
Can I ask about massage during active treatment?
Yes. Contact us before booking to discuss your current situation and the appropriate next step. Suitability and timing are individual; guidance from your medical team may be needed.
Is oncology massage the same as lymphatic drainage?
No. These are different services. If swelling or lymphatic care is your main concern, contact us for help choosing the appropriate appointment and practitioner.
How much does it cost?

Can I arrange a visit for someone I care about?
Yes. You are welcome to make the first inquiry. We will also involve the person receiving the massage so their wishes, comfort, and consent guide the appointment.
